Look@ and Eddy AI today launched a new partnership to provide tourists a unique travel planning experience. The artificial intelligence (AI) travel assistant developed by Eddy AI is now integrated on the lookat.hr website to help people find the best travel offers. Look@ is the world’s first selfie sculpture that helps owners of popular tourist attractions generate revenue through selfie souvenirs. The selfie sculpture is fully autonomous, runs on clean solar energy, and can be installed with only four screws, eliminating the need for any cables or digging. Besides capturing regular photos, Look@’s users can add augmented reality (AR) elements to achieve even more dramatic and entertaining photo results. One of the Look@’s selfie sculptures can already be found at the World Expo Dubai 2020.
To take a selfie, travelers simply need to connect to the sculpture’s wifi network and open the getlookat.com website page to capture the photo. After taking a selfie, tourists will be redirected to a page with an integrated AI-powered travel assistant developed by Eddy AI. By simply chatting with the AI assistant, people can now search for the best tours, activities, restaurants, hotels, and more.
Look@ and Eddy AI are alumni of the Intelak travel startup incubator, led by the Emirates Group and Dubai Tourism. Intelak supports early and late stage start-ups with the education, mentorship, tools and resources needed to address business challenges in global aviation and tourism. Both Look@ and Eddy AI are now planning to accelerate their expansion in the Middle East.
